Seventeen Phwoarr Paint Concealer

Hey Lovelies, I hope your all having a nice weekend, sorry for hardly posting this week but I've been ill and I'm now feeling a bit better so I've got new post for you on the Seventeen Phwoarr Paint Concealer.

I've had this concealer for about a month but only just started using it the last couple weeks but I'm so glad I did, it has now become one of my favourite concealers.

I had seen on YouTube and blog posts that this was a good concealer and I had a Boots voucher for £1 off primers or concealers at Seventeen so I thought I would give the concealer a go and I've been really impressed.

I have the lightest shade which is fair and it is quite light but I find it brightens up my under eyes as well as hiding my under eye circles. There is only a few shades to the concealer so the downside is it won't match everyone's skin tone. All the concealers have an orange tone to them which I've never had a concealer like that before but it counteracts the darkness of the under eye circles.

The concealer is creamy and easy to apply and isn't cakey and blend really well and it covers my under eye circles really well, so you couldn't ask for more in a concealer.

The packaging is really cute and sleek and I like that it has a mirror, so this makes it easy to apply when your on the go.

Overall I think it's an amazing concealer and for only £5.49 you can't go wrong, if your in search for a new concealer I would highly recommend this concealer.

What do you think to the Seventeen Phwoarr Paint?

Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm in Elusive

Hey Lovelies, hope your all having a nice weekend, today I have got a review on the Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm in Elusive, I'm probably a little late to this bandwagon but oh well here's my thoughts on them.
I have tried the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains before and I loved them, so I was excited to try these new balm lip crayons.

The shade I have is Elusive it's a slightly darker than a natural colour on me and is a really nice pink. It will be great for spring and summer time.

Even though it is matte, it's not drying and is creamy and quite moisturising which I really like because that's what sometimes puts me off matte lip products because I think they will be drying.

The Matte Balm is also really pigmented and long lasting which I always look for in a lip product.

It contains Shea, Mango and Coconut Butter which does help to keep your lips moisturised and has a light peppermint taste to it but I don't mind it.

I like the packaging and the twist up crayon, I know it's not to everyone's taste.

These cost £7.99 like the other balm stains which I think is an alright price as I really like them.

Overall I think these are great lip products and would definitely recommend them and I definitely want to try more shades.

What do you think to the Revlon Colorburst Matte Balms?

The Beauty Scenario Tag

Hey Lovelies, hope your all having a nice day. I was tagged by Victoria as a YouTube video but I decided I would do the tag on my blog instead, so here it is.
 1. You have to get rid of all your foundations and you can only keep one high end and one drugstore, which do you keep?
For drugstore I would say the Bourjois Healthy Mix and for highend I've only ever tried MAC Studio Fix so I would say that for highend but I really want to try Nars Sheer Glow, I don't have many foundations and there usually drugstore.

2. You go for an interview and the lady interviewing you has lipstick on her teeth. Do you approach the subject or ignore it completely?

I think it depends on the situation if your being interviewed by someone you know or if it's a practise interview with friends or family as you know them I would tell them as I don't think they would mind. If it was someone I didn't know I probably wouldn't say anything as I wouldn't want to make it awkward.

3. You're not feeling yourself and need a pick me up. Which lipstick do you put on to make yourself feel beautiful?

A lipstick I would probably choose to pick me up, would be MAC Russian Red it's a beautiful red shade and always makes me feel elegant and beautiful when I wear it and it makes you look more done up and like you have made an effort.

4. You go back in time for a day to your teenage years, how would you do your hair and makeup differently?

I'm 19 so I'm still a teenager but early teenage years I would say, when I first started wearing makeup I would use blue eyeshadow/eyeliner and it didn't look great, I should have started of with neutrals. For hair I would just say to make more of an effort I never did much with it.

5. You ask your hairdresser for a shoulder length Pixie Lott hair cut, but they hear wrong and give you a pixi cut. Do you a) Smile, say thank you, leave and call your mum hysterical b) Cry in the chair and things get awkward or c) Complain to the manager and demand a refund.

Luckily I've never really had a bad hair cut, there was only one time and I didn't like it but didn't say anything and said thank you but now I would probably complain but once it's happened you won't be able to do much about it.

6. Your friend surprises you with a 4 day city break and you have 1 hour to pack. Which 'do it all' palette do you pack in your makeup bag?

The palette I would choose is an 88 eyeshadow palette I have as it's got every shade I would need to create whatever look I want, it has neutrals, pinks, purples, blue, greens and smokey shades.

7. Your house has been robbed, don't worry everyone is safe, but your beauty stash has been raided. What's the product you really hope is safe?

This is hard I have quite a lot of makeup, I would say my highend products would be the products I want safe as I would find it hard to repurchase as I don't have the most amount of money. Out of my highend products I would probably say my MAC lipsticks I just love them.

8. Your friend borrows your makeup and returns it in awful condition. Do you a) Just pretend you haven't noticed b) Ask them to repurchase it or c) Secretly do the same to something of theirs.

I don't think any of my friends would do that to my makeup but if they did, depending on the friend I would just make a joke out of it but I wouldn't ask them to repurchase it and wouldn't do the same to their makeup and it probably would have been an accident, know one intentionally ruins makeup.

If you have done this tag, let me know would love to see your answers and I tag anyone who hasn't done this tag.

MAC Snob Lipstick

Hey Lovelies, hope you've all had a nice weekend. Today I've got a post on MAC's Snob lipstick.
I have a love hate relationship, sometimes I like the shade and sometimes I'm not sure on it as I find it a hard lipstick to pull off.

I got this lipstick a couple months ago for my birthday from my lovely sister, I had never really considered this shade before but I think it is a nice shade.

Snob is a light pink shade with purpley undertones, it is build able so you can have it as a light pink or darker. I find it a hard shade to wear so I usually use a lipliner or lipgloss or both to get it to the shade that I find I can pull off and I like. This shade will be perfect for darker skintones I think, I'm quite pale and find it hard to wear.

The lipstick is a satin finish so it's quite moisturising and really pigmented like most MAC lipsticks which I really like.

As always the MAC packaging is really sleek in the black bullet and I always really like their packaging.

MAC lipsticks cost £15 which is quite a lot, I just hope they don't raise their prices anymore.

I'm still on the fence if I like the lipstick or not just because I find it, a hard shade to wear.

Do any of you have MAC's Snob, what do you think to it?

Mr Nutcase Personalised Phone Case

Hey Lovelies, hope your all having a nice day, Mr Nutcase were looking for bloggers to review personalised phone cases so I jumped at the chance, I always think personalised phone cases look really cute and was excited to design and have my own personalised case.
My personalised phone case has pictures of me, my family and friends, I think it's really cute and love having it on my phone, it also brings back lots of memories which is really nice. You can have any sort of pictures you want on your case.

Mr Nutcase has cases for lots of type of phones including Iphones, Samsungs, Sony Ericssons and Blackberry's  and tablets, which I think is good as some personalised phone  case websites only do it for a certain type of phone usually Iphones.

The site and designing the case is really easy you just choose your phone, type of case and then the design you want and you upload the pictures and put them they way you want. It then will show you what the case will look like when you finish and you can go back and change it if you don't like something and then buy it.

The case is really light weight and has the pictures on the back and clear around the edges of the case.

The delivery was really quick and only took 2 days to come and it was in a padded envelope and the case was in a plastic bag so it didn't get damaged.

Most of the cases cost from £14.95 which I think is a reasonable price and the delivery is free.

If your looking for a personalised phone case then you should definitely go to the Mr Nutcase site.

Revlon Colorburst Peony Lipgloss

Hey Lovelies, I know I've not posting a lot in the last few weeks but I've been busy but also I've not been in the right mind set, so now I'm back I'm more happier and feel better and I want to get back in to posting more regularly again with good posts for you.

So here's a new post on Revlon Peony Lipgloss.

I've had this lipgloss for a couple months and after seeing Velvetghost's videos with this lipgloss it looked gorgeous so I wanted to buy it.

This lipgloss is a peachy/pink shade with golden shimmer that is just a beautiful shade and looks great with a variety of pink and nude lipsticks, it especially goes perfect with the Cheryl Nude. The shimmer isn't too much and isn't very noticeable so it doesn't make your lips like a disco ball.

The lipgloss isn't sticky which I always think is great in a lipgloss as I don't particularly like sticky lipglosses. It's quite moisturising and feels really nice on the lips.

It lasts quite a while but like most lipglosses I own they don't last too long, it does wear off after about a couple of hours but even sooner if you have something to eat but I don't think that is too bad. It is really pigmented too which I like as I know with some lipglosses they can be quite opaque.

It has a sponge applicator that is so easy to apply the lipgloss with. The packaging is really sleek looking and is slim so it never takes much space up in my bag which is another bonus.

These lipglosses cost £7.99 and you can get from Boots or Superdrug and there is currently 3 for 2 on in Boots so you could get them for cheaper.

Overall I think the Revlon Lipglosses are amazing and I definitely want to try more shades out.

Hope you enjoyed the post, what do you think to the Revlon lipglosses?
